Payment Method

We use PayPal as our merchant gateway since it offers the most secure means of making a payment over the internet. There is no surcharge to you regardless of the payment method you choose.

We do not collect or store any of your card or account details at any point.

You are subject to PayPal's Legal Agreement when performing a transaction with PurePet Essentials.

Shipping

PurePet Essentials will choose the means of transport, the cost of which will be included in postage and handling charges.

PurePet Essentials shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage (including loss of trade or profit and economic loss) incurring to the Customer in the event that delivery or supply of the goods or services ordered is frustrated or delayed by any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PurePet Essentials. Under such circumstances, PurePet Essentials shall be entitled at its option to either extend the time for delivery until a reasonable period after such cause has ceased or to terminate the sale, and in neither case shall the Customer have any claim for loss or damage against Pure Pet Essentials.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to our products' personal care nature, we do not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when delivered.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Pure Pet Essentials will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods.

Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will despatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Suppose the replacement item is not available in stock. In that case, we will refund the original product price and delivery cost via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
